SHIPPING POLICY

Monimoto UAB (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://cyclooptracker.com/) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

GENERAL
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders.

DELIVERY TERMS
Generally, orders in the European Union and the United Kingdom are in transit for 1-4 days, orders shipped internationally (outside the European Union) are in transit for 3 – 7 days. This varies depending on the final destination country/state.

DISPATCH TIME
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment of the order.
Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. All US orders are shipped from our distribution center in the United States.  

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. In that case, contact us via email – support@cyclooptracker.com

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
Orders cannot be shipped to Military addresses
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday-Friday.

DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us via email support@cyclooptracker.com so that we can conduct an investigation.

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties and taxes for international shipments (outside European Union and the United Kingdom) may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

For a better processing of your return request, we suggest you contact the support via email support@cyclooptracker.com.

RETURN DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND
Monimoto UAB will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in the original packaging. Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is only applicable to purchases made on this site and directly with Monimoto UAB.

Return shipping will be paid at your own expense and you will be required to arrange your own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refund will be processed to your original payment method. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Monimoto UAB will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

WARRANTY RETURNS
Monimoto UAB will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 2 years of receipt of items.

We will help you to arrange purchase pick up at a company expense when possible, otherwise you will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Monimoto UAB to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

REFUND
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to your payment method. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. It may take up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account, based on your bank. Paypal refunds reach your account immediately after the refund is initiated.

SHIPPING
Monimoto, UAB is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the return shipping.

CHANGES TO OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy.
